By submitting the registration form through your customer account, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Open IT Store. This agreement takes effect immediately and remains valid as long as it is published on our website at www.yourownnet.net.

We may change our prices, plans, or features at any time. However, if you already paid for a service, you will keep your access until it ends.
Article 6 – What We Promise
6.1 – Processing Orders
We process your order within seven days after we receive your payment. If the product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or similar solution.
6.2 – Digital Delivery
We deliver services directly to your online account. Delivery is confirmed by email and considered complete within 7 days after payment.
6.3 – Access and Availability
We aim to keep our services available at all times. Nevertheless, problems such as cyberattacks or internet issues may cause interruptions. In those cases, we are not responsible.
Article 7 – What You Must Not Do
You may not use our services to send spam or unsolicited messages. If you do, we can end your contract immediately.
Article 8 – Respect for Laws
You must follow French and EU laws, especially those related to children, copyright, and data protection.

Everything you upload or share through your account is your responsibility. Open IT Store is not responsible for your content.
Article 10 – Moderation and Removal

Article 11 – Attacks or Abuse
If your actions harm our systems (for example: hacking or spreading viruses), we will stop your service and may take legal action. You will also need to cover the damage.

You must pay in advance for your subscription. If we don’t receive payment, we may suspend or stop your access.
Article 18 – Ending the Contract
You may cancel within 7 days if you haven’t used the service yet. If the service was already delivered, cancellation is no longer possible. If you don’t renew your subscription, your contract ends.
Article 19 – Solving Disputes
If there’s a problem, please send us a letter. We will try to help through our internal mediation process before involving anyone else.
